How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery in Italy takes 3-5 business days, while in Europe it takes 5-10 business days.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Do you ship all over Europe?
Yes, we ship throughout Italy and to major European countries.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 30 days from receipt to return an item in its original condition. In accordance with EU regulations, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase.

How are refunds processed?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the return, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Are there any non-refundable items?
Yes, personalized items, sale products, and gift cards are non-refundable.
